The ask

Build the booking and operations layer behind Colonial Trolley: capture event inquiries, organize charter details, reduce manual back-and-forth, and create a system that can eventually become a SaaS product for other transportation businesses.

Ridereserve started as the back office answer to a simple problem: a busy transportation business should not have to run every booking through scattered calls, emails, and memory. The product grew out of real operations.

Colonial Trolley is the live operating environment for Ridereserve. The public site creates better inquiries; Ridereserve gives those inquiries somewhere structured to land. Event type, customer details, timing, and booking context move into one workflow instead of living across inboxes and follow-up calls.

That matters because the front-facing Colonial Trolley site is already proving demand. In May 2026, Google Search Console reported 172 clicks and 2,310 impressions, with organic queries like "trolley rental near me" and "trolley service near me." The booking layer needs to keep up with that intent, not create more admin work behind it.

01 / Real-world intake

Booking data starts clean

Ridereserve is built around the questions transportation operators actually need answered: who is booking, what kind of event is it, when does it happen, where does it start, and what details matter before a quote goes out.

02 / SaaS direction

A product shaped by one operator first

Colonial Trolley is the proving ground. The next step is packaging the parts that generalize: structured inquiries, booking status, customer communication, and reporting for similar transportation businesses.

Ridereserve is currently used exclusively by Colonial Trolley, which keeps the product tied to real booking pressure instead of imagined SaaS requirements.

Operations

Hours saved weekly

The connected website and booking workflow save hours of administrative work every week by answering customer questions earlier and structuring inquiries from the start.
